What this app does

MOCO 101 controls a compatible MOCO car light device over Bluetooth. From the app, you can change the light color balance, brightness, scene mode, and power level.

Important The app must be close enough to the car light device for Bluetooth to work. Turn on Bluetooth before you start, and keep the light device powered during setup.

Quick start

1 Allow Bluetooth Tap Allow when iPhone asks for Bluetooth access.
2 Connect the light Open My Device and select the device you want to use.
3 Set the light Adjust warmth, brightness, scene, and power on the main screen.

1. Allow Bluetooth access on first launch

The first time you open MOCO 101, iPhone may show a permission window asking whether the app can find and connect to Bluetooth devices.

1

Read the permission message

The message says that Bluetooth is used to scan for and connect to MOCO car light control devices. This permission is needed for the app to find your light.

2

Tap Allow

Tap the Allow button on the right. Do not tap Don’t Allow if you want to connect and control a MOCO device.

If you tapped Don’t Allow by mistake Open the iPhone Settings app, find MOCO 101, open Bluetooth, and turn access on. Then return to MOCO 101 and try again.

2. Use the main control screen

After the app opens, the main screen shows the current light values and the controls for your connected device. The labels and values update when you change a control.
