The App is used to control Bluetooth lighting devices. To provide its core functionality, the App requires permission to discover and connect to nearby Bluetooth devices.
(2) Location Permission (Certain Versions of Android Only)
On Android devices running Android 6.0 (API Level 23) through Android 11 (API Level 30), location permission is required to scan for Bluetooth devices.
If you use the App on one of these Android versions, the App will request location permission so that it can discover and connect to devices.
The App does not record or transmit any location information.
2. How We Store, Protect, Share, Transfer, or Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
The App operates entirely on your device and does not connect to the internet.
It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. As a result, no personal information is processed or made available for us to protect, share, transfer, or publicly disclose.
3. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may revise or update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any update will be published within the App together with the date it was last updated. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities, any revised terms will take effect seven (7) days after notice is provided or the update is published.
