Return Policy

Moco.co.in is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, you can raise the request to return the product to us within 2 days from the delivery date.

 

Terms & Condition:-

  • All Returns/Refunds for all products related to Wrong Item Received / Manufacturing Defects / Quantity Mismatch / Description Mismatch are eligible for return but within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product should be time tried and not be used on regular basis.
  • Supporting Real-Time Photographs and Video Snippets of any specific issue raised within the stipulated period of 2 days from the date of delivery are mandatory and required for making decisions on such requests.
  • All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after the product is received back to us and the quality check is cleared. 
  • Damaged/torn after taking product outside the box will not be eligible for returns.   
  • Any return where customers don’t want the product even if the description is correct will not be entertained.

In case of an empty box or missing item, the case should be registered within 24 hours of delivery or else Moco has all the rights to reject the complaint.

Note: The Moco team has the right to accept or reject the return request on a case-to-case basis depending upon the supporting documents and artifacts shared by the customer.
